Curt Kautsch
Founder
Certified Master Builder with 21 years’ experience in multi-family and residential construction. Extensive investor portfolio for income-producing real estate, coupled with single family, multifamily projects ranging from multilevel mid-rise projects, student housing, to high end residential client-based homes.
As a 4-year Letterman (Baseball), and professionally drafted athlete, the drive required to complete a successful project was instilled in me at a young age. The eagerness to succeed as a business owner requires diligent innovation and vision to develop and sustain an edge in a competitive market place.
New Vine Homes is a family owned business established in 2004 in Fort Worth Texas. Our initial business model showed to deliver the finest custom homes offered. As our company grew, we shifted our long-term goals to not only deliver well-crafted homes, but also tailor to those who desired a more boutique design to fit their family’s needs.
Our vision continued to grow and while providing families with their dream homes, both big and small, we continued to shift our business model to facilitate individuals involved in the investment community. With our extensive knowledge and experience in both the custom home and real estate development, we can deliver proven building practices along with meticulous construction standards for both growing families and real estate developers.

- 1 year warranty provides surety coverage against defects related to workmanship and materials.
- 2 year warranty provides systems surety coverage for defects in wiring, piping, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems
- 10 year warranty provides coverage for structural defects to load bearing components
