Build Process

With a simple 5 step process we can begin to plan your build, then build your plan!

1	Start with a plan! Meet the builder Sit with our in-house designer to draw up preliminary elevations and floor plans to fit your lot (we may have a lot you like) Discuss expectations for your next project

2	Get preliminary budget underway Review overall size and design Review preliminary interior and exterior elements Discuss how to create a “look book” for ease of selections and budget management

3	Begin selections Exterior elements (Brick, rock, siding, roofing, windows etc.) Interior Elements (Cabinet type, floor finished, special finishes etc.) Fixtures and appliances (lighting, plumbing, and hardware)

4	Let’s get started! Review our contract Discuss our construction schedule, and client expectations Discuss selection deadlines Schedule on-site standing meeting (weekly)

5	We’re finished! Final walk through with your project manager Sign offs Discuss our 3rd party warranty Hand off, welcome home!
